Owner Al Temme has over 35 years experience in all aspects of commercial and residential, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.  As an HVAC Master Technician, he can design and implement anything from the simplest exhaust fan to the most complex commercial HVAC system.  Al has been honored with many awards and accolades from vendors, customers, and the community, for ensuring the company upholds the highest standards for quality, cost, and customer satisfaction.

John Weigand Residential Estimator

Though John hails from the colder climates of the Northeast, he quickly acclimated to the desert heat when he arrived in Phoenix.  John has 18 years of construction experience and over 8 years in the HVAC industry.  He holds Universal EPA certification and stays up-to-date on current standards, products, and options.  Having thorough training in ACCA standards for heat load, airflow, and duct size calculation, John ensures our customers' needs are met with accuracy, efficiency, and a big smile.

Nancy Cservak Office Manager

Nancy comes from New England, having moved to the Valley when she realized she was too old to be cold any longer.  With her background in engineering, management, and accounting.  Nancy works to keep the office running smoothly, the personnel (and the boss) happy, and the customers satisfied.

Dani Roman Dispatch & Service

Dani arrived in the Valley from Kintnersville, PA, at the ripe old age of Sweet 16.  Her many years as a dispatcher have made her totally familiar with every street, circle, way, avenue, and lane in the East, West, and Central parts of the Valley.  As Emmet's BILINGUAL Service Manager and Dispatcher, Dani ensures that our customers get the quickest and best service possible.

Frank (Greta) Solares Fabricator

Frank, affectionately known as Greta (Garbo) because of his flair for the dramatic, is our ace sheet metal fabricator. If you need any type of ducting, elbows, jacks, or stands, bring in your measurements. Greta can create anything out of metal, and he can do it while talking constantly at the speed of light.
